LabPi for Mining

Assay LIMS for grade control and the environmental samples around the mine

Exploration, grade control, and site environmental labs share custody, batch QC, and the drillhole or location the sample came from.

  • ISO/IEC 17025
  • JORC data support
  • Environmental discharge permits
  • Chain of custody

What these labs track in LabPi

Sample types and work products for this lab, not a generic tube list.

  • Drill core
  • Grade-control pulp
  • Concentrate
  • Tailings
  • Pit water
  • Sediment

How the work actually runs

  1. Sample identity from the field

Hole, interval, or stockpile is the identity. LabPi refuses a login that would orphan an assay from its location.

  2. Prep and assay batch

Crush, pulverize, and assay stages keep mass loss and the QC inserts (blanks, standards, duplicates) on the batch.

  3. Result back to geology

Authorized assays export to the geology or plant system through the API, without a second transcription.
